SUNLIGHT is my debut narrative feature. It’s about a former-addict LEON who hopes that a day out in Dublin will convince his best friend IVER to live. Written by Ailbhe Keogan, produced by Roisin Geraghty and starring Barry Ward, Liam Carney and Maureen Beattie, it premiered at the Glasgow Film Festival in 2023. It won Best Film at the Austin International Film Festival 2023 and Best Debut Film at Braunschweig International Film Festival 2024.
